Access to our Services—whether public-facing or private—is conditioned upon agreement to the jurisdiction, terms, and protections of our private domain as outlined herein and in our Notice of Trespass and Conditional Acceptance.

JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARY & TERMS OF PRIVATE ENTRY

All users, visitors, members, and participants acknowledge and agree that The Soul Proprietor operates under ecclesiastical jurisdiction as a 508(c)(1)(A) Faith-Based Organization and Private Membership Association (PMA). As such:

  • You must enter solely in your private capacity as a man or woman.
  • You agree not to act in any capacity as a public officer, BAR member, agent, or corporate actor while engaging with our Services.
  • You agree to refrain from imposing statutes, surveillance, or legal threats, and you waive any assumed right to interfere with ministry operations, contracts, or expression.
  • By accessing any portion of our Services (including content, communication, websites, email, groups, or products), you consent to the posted Terms of Use, Notice of Trespass, and Private Membership Entry Conditions.
  • Unlawful access, interference, surveillance, or legal intimidation against this domain may constitute a contractual trespass and will be subject to a liability fee of $100,000 per violation, as conditionally accepted under Notice of Trespass terms.
  • Any further engagement shall be considered consensual, private, ecclesiastical communication and shall not be construed as public or commercial interaction.

PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Policy describes how The Soul Proprietor collects and uses the personal information you provide to us, any personal information that we might collect from you as part of your using the Services and in other situations, as well as the purposes for which we process your personal information.

Examples of content we collect and store include your viewed content and training interactions. Content also includes the files and links you upload to the Services Contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots, or information that would be helpful in resolving an issue submitted to our customer support included in the Services Information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services.

Our Services are intended for those at least 18 years of age, or, as applicable, the age of majority in the country, state, or other jurisdiction in which the Member has their domicile and possesses the legal right and ability to enter into binding contracts. We do not intend to or knowingly collect personal information from minors. LEGAL We may share your personal information with affiliates, agents, service providers, partners, or contractors for the following purposes: (a) receiving assistance in processing transactions; (b) fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, updating marketing lists, and analyzing data; (c) providing IT and other support services; (d) receiving assistance in other ancillary services to the operation of tasks; or (e) fulfilling our contract with you under the applicable terms of service. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. We will not sell your personal information to other companies and we will not share it with non-partner companies, agents, service providers, or contractors to use without your consent, except in connection with the sale, merger, or acquisition of The Soul Proprietor and/or the department and/or office responsible for the applicable Services. While we may provide you with the ability to use such services in connection with our Services, we are doing so merely as an accommodation, and, like you, are relying upon those third-party services to operate properly and fairly. This Policy does not apply to these third-party websites and third-party service providers.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete your information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible: 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, support business operations, and continue to develop and improve our Services. 

Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you. Information you share on the Services: If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order to allow other Members to make full use of the Services. 

Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your The SOul Proprietor account. 

We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.

We reserve the right to amend all or part of this Policy from time to time. The version published on the Services is the version currently in force.   • All public officers, legal agents, or state actors are prohibited from using the Services or any associated data outside the terms of private consent. Any attempt to impose public statutes against this private domain may result in legal, contractual, and private administrative action.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES (Updated Clause Additions)

Use of tracking, scraping, or surveillance technologies without express written consent constitutes an unlawful intrusion into our private domain and may be treated as a breach of ecclesiastical and commercial privacy protections, including violation of the Terms of Private Domain Entry.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY (Minor Addition)

Your continued access or use of any Services after notice of updated Terms shall constitute your tacit agreement and acceptance of said changes, under the laws of private contract and ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

Notice of Trespass and Enforcement Rights:
Violation of these terms whether through unauthorized access, misrepresentation of jurisdiction, stalking, harassment, legal retaliation, or misuse of protected information constitutes willful trespass upon this private domain and ministry. We reserve all rights under ecclesiastical law, common law, and contract law to pursue remedy including but not limited to:
